Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is an amazing painter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: He was born in a small forest village. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: He is a Roofer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Patrick was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
