His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. When Alex reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
