History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears bulky white painted plate armor. He has shaved his head bald. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Drogo liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
