History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Balimaar has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
