History: He was born in a small plains village. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Stylist. He has achieved small success as a Stylist.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Stylist responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Shane isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Aldous reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Aldous and his spouse have recently divorced.
