History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heward was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
