Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Ideals: Joker. Flaws: Shy. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer, Enemies, Debt. Occupation: Dilettante

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is unsatisfied with his job
