History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A gifted student he started as a Herbalist, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He became a Cartwright soon after.

Description: This eastern man prefers to wear flannel. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is black and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Anthony was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. He has golden hair. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are amber.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barkeep who has hired him part-time. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born in the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Cory's homeland. Cory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
