Personality: John hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in the north to a Engraver, John learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This northern man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His clothes are grease stained in places. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Arnold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Arnold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: He is lean but muscular and typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. He wears his white hair down. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Conrad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Reynard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent mother
