Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Lance was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. He now owns his own business.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gunter studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
