Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a adventurer and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.
