Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Miner. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Diggory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Diggory was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Diggory took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his falchion, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Gifted from a young age, Norman studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Solomon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, William's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, William was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and a deep hatred of dire rats
