Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Dean was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Anselm is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When Anselm reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is auburn and curly. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Lewis was born with his father's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Human compassion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lance is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. He has a hunchback. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to be a shoemaker again
