History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gerard's homeland. Gerard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has achieved small success as a Stableman.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Courier mother left him crippled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Performer for the past few years.
