History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
