History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
