History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Bertram was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sellsword. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Alexandre was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alexandre's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second son.
