History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Anselm will drive conversation. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to settle down with his crush
