Description: He is a husky man, who wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Gerald was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He wears a brown costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is an epitome of beauty. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Frederick is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Chad is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in the east to a Hunter, Chad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Hunter for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new hunter responsibilities is difficult
