Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise green.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ûgakûga was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ûgakûga decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This southern man wears just a black suit. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has styled his copper crest well, parting it to the right. His eyes are red and catlike.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He carries with him a set of spears, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His ears are large.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bulzo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a grey shirt, with a red mid length shorts with red tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His black hair is thinning but still full. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He became a Shepherd soon after.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
