History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Salasar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. A true patriot, Shamash would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
