Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a black coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mercenary business.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Kilvar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to clean up the streets
