History: Roondar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a Mayor soon after.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
