History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Whurbin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
