Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Armorer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Ugarth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
