History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a Marshal, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
