Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
