History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Rhogar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north to a Courier, Rhogar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Rhogar reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
