History: He was born at the edge of vast island. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Barber, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Sweet and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Kody's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
