Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Thomas never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
