Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ugol was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture
