Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bertram isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His silver crest has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a Detective first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Quarethon was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Detective. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'4" and wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. He has shaved his head bald. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Ghûra hails from a village terrorized by giants. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ghûra was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and many giants want him driven away

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is auburn and very short. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
