History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Thorpe was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Armorer. After a long history of fighting, Thorpe and his spouse have recently divorced.
