Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears skinny pants and wears a red and grey robe with the hood down. His silver hair is cut short. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Carrie was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Carrie was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Carrie decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his sai, and carries sais. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His silver eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born in the south to a Priest, Raam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Priest for the past few years.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is content

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a fancy brown suit. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Halfling compassion.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Arannis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with violet slacks. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is dark red and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Balam is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Balam was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
