History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Emerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Kriv is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kriv was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
