Description: This slender man stands about 3'7". He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a black scarf. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Kipper took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
