Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and blue tie. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a fancy white suit. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears professional attire. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aelar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Aelar reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A 3'3" eastern man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and black handkerchief worn on his left side. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Quick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.
