Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Windy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He found a children's book about a Halfling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cloud took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Stableman; and wants a kiss

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He got into the Actor business at a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
