History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Justin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he very much looks the part of a Ruler. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: Fabien speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: Fabien was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Fabien took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
