History: He comes from a rich northern family. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. A true patriot, Alberich would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Alberich was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Animal Trainer. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge; and many goblins want him driven away
