In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Hogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
