He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Herbalist and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his brother

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a white coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. His hair is silver and curly. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
