Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has shaved his head bald. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and regain custody of his son

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a grey coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His green crest is long and unkept. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his left hand. His head has been shaved. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Varis grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he's looking for his big break
