Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.
