History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Engraver soon after.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Uthemar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Uthemar and his spouse have recently divorced.
