History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. He has a very tight haircut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Fabien was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new roofer responsibilities is difficult
