History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Curran will drive conversation. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is a Cartwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a Cartwright soon after.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Reynard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now mingles about in high society.
