Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has money and likes to spend it
