His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Varis studied abroad. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Varis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carpenter. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carpenter.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
