Description: This late middle aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat and is in decent physical shape. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shifting is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Bather.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears long strands of topaz and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His ears are large.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Immeral was born the youngest of three triplets. One day when Immeral was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Immeral was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to raise his children well
